Ski and Snowboard Rental Equipment

Requirements

Special "group rates" are available if your group meets the following criteria:

1. A group must must have 25 or more full rental packages. Both adult and child rentals count toward the total count.
2. A group must have a sponsor(s) who wil assume responsibililty for the entire group and can act on behalf of the entire group. The sponsor will be required to follow the procedures in our Reservation Contract.
3. A group must check-out and check-in equipment as one entire group. Separate individuals who wish to check-out and check-in equipment at a different time than the group will be treated as individuals and pay the higher individual rates.
4. A group will pay with one (1) check for the entire group. The group sponsor(s) will be responsible for the entire payment. Group payment can be made with checks, cashier's checks, cash or with a credit card.
5. A group will reserve equipment for each person in the group for the same period of skier days. If any person will not be skiing the entire period with the group, they will be treated as individuals and pay the higher individual rates.
6. A group will not be eligible for refunds for days not skied. The reduced rates are contingent on prepayment for the equipment for the skier days specified. This guarantees equipment for the group and thus cannot be rented to others.
